The short version
No sign-up, no email, no phone number. You pick a name and an avatar for the game. Photos you play with are deleted when the game ends. You can delete everything from Settings → Delete my data.
What we keep
- An anonymous account id created when you first play, so rooms know which phone is which.
- Your game name and avatar.
- What you submit in a game — confessions, emojis, songs, alarm and screen-time answers, photos and wallpapers — plus votes and scores. Other players only see an item once its round starts, and never who wrote it until the reveal.
- Your game history (results and stats shown in the app).
- Blocks and reports you make, to keep games safe.
- A push token, only if you turn notifications on.
- Your PRO status (plan and expiry) — never your payment details, which stay with Apple or Google.
- Standard server logs (such as IP addresses) for security, kept for a short time.
- Crash reports when the app breaks: the error, app version and phone model/OS — no name, account id or anything you wrote.
Photos
Photos are shrunk and stripped of location data on your phone before upload, are visible only to the players in that room once their round starts, and are deleted from our servers when the game ends (at the latest a few minutes after Game Over or when the room closes).
Who helps us run it
- Our server provider, which hosts the game backend.
- Apple, Google and RevenueCat, for purchases.
- Expo, to deliver notifications you asked for.
- Sentry, to receive crash reports.
- Anthropic, for the AI Imposter: it only receives the room's language and categories — never anything you or your friends wrote or uploaded.
How long
Rooms and everything in them are deleted at the latest one day after the room closes. Game history stays until you delete it. Reports are kept up to 12 months for safety. Accounts that aren't used for 30 days are deleted automatically (unless they hold a purchase).
Your choices
Delete everything any time in Settings → Delete my data. Turn notifications off in your phone settings. Questions or requests: support@whodidit.party.
Children
WHO DID IT? is not meant for children under 13 (under 16 in the EU).

- Güvenlik için kısa süre tutulan standart sunucu kayıtları (IP adresi gibi).
- Uygulama çöktüğünde çökme raporu: hata, uygulama sürümü ve telefon modeli/işletim sistemi — isim, hesap kimliği ya da yazdığın hiçbir şey yok.
Fotoğraflar
Fotoğraflar yüklenmeden önce telefonunda küçültülür ve konum bilgisi silinir; yalnızca o odadaki oyuncular, turu gelince görebilir; oyun bitince sunucularımızdan silinir (en geç Game Over'dan birkaç dakika sonra veya oda kapanınca).
Kimlerle çalışıyoruz
- Oyun sunucusunu barındıran sunucu sağlayıcımız.
- Satın almalar için Apple, Google ve RevenueCat.
- İstediğin bildirimleri iletmek için Expo.
- Çökme raporlarını almak için Sentry.
- AI Imposter için Anthropic: yalnızca odanın dilini ve kategorilerini alır — senin ya da arkadaşlarının yazdığı veya yüklediği hiçbir şeyi almaz.
Ne kadar süre
Odalar ve içlerindeki her şey, oda kapandıktan en geç bir gün sonra silinir. Oyun geçmişin sen silene kadar kalır. Raporlar güvenlik için en fazla 12 ay tutulur. 30 gün kullanılmayan hesaplar (satın alma içermiyorsa) otomatik silinir.
Seçimlerin
Her şeyi istediğin an Ayarlar → Verilerimi sil ile silebilirsin. Bildirimleri telefon ayarlarından kapatabilirsin. Soru ve talepler: support@whodidit.party.
